Started as an internal project for tracking desk assignments across a multi-floor office — the kind of thing where spreadsheets break down fast once you have more than two floors and hoteling policies to enforce. TypeScript dashboard that pulls from Microsoft Graph and Azure AD to show which SaaS tools are actually in use, what they cost, and which offboarded employees still have active accounts. Built it at Aircall because we didn't have visibility into any of that. Shadow IT surface area, SaaS spend tracking, and deprovisioning gap detection in one place.
Conversational Slack assistant built in Python that handles repetitive IT requests and FAQs without opening a ticket. Password resets, onboarding questions, VPN troubleshooting — the volume of predictable tickets that eat up a help desk's day. Handles them in-channel so the team can focus on actual problems.
